RESOLVED Mad Avatar Upgrade inbound minutes are not VOIP minutes

which is 500min VOIP TALK + 275 outbound TALK minutes

It Appears RingPlus is charging me for incoming phone calls? taking my outbound minutes in the process? Can someone please verify this?

    The description for Mad Avatar is shown below.  Note that "outgoing" applies to the VOIP portion not to the regular portion.  All incoming calls are regular not VOIP.
