RingPlus has become aware of the issue that some phone lines have remained "Suspended" for Members who were on a 7-day holding plan before they selected a Mad Plan. RingPlus has to manually refresh those lines with our carrier partner Sprint. RingPlus is investigating the cause of this issue.
If your account is so affected, please simply reply to this post with the word "yes" and I will do my best to refresh all affected accounts.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with your account.
So you are not stranded without a phone this weekend, I have put a complimentary Top Up credit in your account, and changed your plan to My First Phone.
When you are ready, you can put a credit card on file, and change plans.
My First Phone has limited allotments, but it should tide you over.

Accounts upgrading without a RingPlus issued upgrade coupon code will moved back to their previous plan, they will be refunded the upgrade fee, and the matching Top Up will be withdrawn.
