    Jerry, I see you have offer assistance for suspended accounts.  Please ping CS for me. My current ticket is #71738 but I accidentally closed and earlier ticket 71726 when was updating it.   My account went into suspension due to a credit card number change. I updated to my current CC number immediately but after four days my account remains suspended anyway.  All that needs to be done is remove the block!!    My 30 days are counting down and my invoice has been charged but no service.  Thank you.

Because RingPlus discontinued Future - Phase 11 plan in November 2016, I switched the line to Mad Fiesta Free plan on November 26, 2016. However, after less than two months, RingPlus had indicated that my account was expired and took the phone number off my dashboard. How could I get my phone number back? Please kindly advise.     If these issues can't be resolved then I will report this company to the FCC. Theres are enough issues that are impacting me, your customers dramatically. Either take accounts off of suspension and fix accounts ad credit either way and make it easy to cancel and refund those that you do. It is only fair.

    Hi Jerry,

    I read on the forum someone had their account suspended after the credit card was updated and it has been more than a week. I will not tolerate this and have updated my credit card after I saw the notice from 1-4-2016. You suspended it the same day you charged the card on file? Really? I have updated both lines after receiving the information of the plans that have been discontinued so that is not an issue. Take the phone off of suspension immediately or credit the account for lack of service. The email stated it only takes minutes to have the account active after putting an updated card on file. I will request credit and cancellation of the line if it is not resolved.

    Please Help! My account has been suspended for three days because my top up fell below $2.00 is what the email advised. I have top up my account to over $11, I have set my credit card set to default. My plan is Mad Jolly Upgrade plan. My phone has been suspended for 3 days, I would love to have my phone restored.     I'm not sure if I asked for your help already but here I go again. I switched over to the Mad 6 plan (after being on the 7day hold) and the phone quite working. I'm on the "yes" link for a R+ refresh, but the X-wife is riding my back to get the phone backup.

    i know I'm just one of many but any help would be deeply appreciated ( it's going on day 4).

    Hi Jerry,

    I'm hoping you can help me. I have an outstanding ticket that is over 2 weeks that hasn't been worked by anything in Support (ticket 60278)

    On early December, I was charged $2.99 to do a phone number swap. Per RingPlus FAQ, I was supposed to be assigned the area code (717) that matches my billing credit card zip code of 17067.

    However the new number assigned was NOT the (717) area code of my zip code of Myerstown PA 17067. It looks like I was assigned a number with (864) area code based on a zip code of SC 29614.

    I am looking for either support to assign a new number that is of zip code PA 17067. 

    If that is not possible, I was looking to get billing to issue  a credit of the $2.99 back to my account. That way, I can intiate a port in of a (717) area code number.

    Either way, RingPlus stills makes either $2.99 that I had already paid or $10 of port in fee. Thanks for helping to escalate.

    I wanted to port to google voice but it take over 24 hours so I cancelled the port. Now I can make phone calls but others can not call in. It will go to voicemail as soon as it dial the #.

    Hi Jerry- I need help with getting a port messup issue resolved. My ticket number is #56293 

    It has been 3 weeks now that my ported number has been stuck in RingPlus/ Sprint backend systems. 

    RP technical support replied to my ticket 2 weeks ago confirming this and promised a resolution but nothing has happened yet.

    Worse still, since RP technical support reached out, I can no longer make any incoming or outgoing calls.

    Appreciate your help to escalate to RP techincal support again.

    Hi Jerry. I attended the Palo Alto clubhouse event today, and I must say that it was awesome! The 3hr round trip drive was definitely worth it! I met a lot of fellow R+ members and had a great time networking. However, I tried to upgrade to the Club Sandwich plan when I got home, but the upgrade link is no longer there. I would've done it at the venue, but was too busy mingling and had to rush home. I was under the impression that the codes would be valid for a while, but now hear conflicting reports on the forums. I hope I didn't miss the window because that would be a real big bummer. Am I out of luck? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Regardless, Ringplus is the best. Keep up the great work!

    I just spent some time messing with the store trying to order a phone.  I can add regular phones to my cart, but renter phones cannot.  I also tried adding some member+ sale phones, and cannot.  It looks like anything involving member+ in the store doesnt work for me.  All I see is "You need to be a registered customer to order this product. Please LOGIN or REGISTER."  I AM logged in.

    I would love to order a renter S6 ASAP or even buy.  My other plan is expiring and I'd like to move fully to RP.

      Sweet! Thank you. I've noticed if I select a Gold S6 (only option avail) with no sim it says something like please make all required choices. If I select the sim with it, it's out of stock. So I take it the phone is out of stock. Any idea when there will be more?

      Bonus Question:
      Do you rotate though phones? Eventually there will be S7s, and future phones as they enter the used and referb market, right? How long has the program been around, and how does RP many any money at it!?

    I know you guys are busy, but some of us (me especially) want to know if the $1.99 tethering is going to be offered with the Fert plan and whether regular monthly payments will come out of our top-ups or will be charged to our credit cards every month.     Just a couple questions about the Fert Plan. 1) Is the $1.99 tethering option going to be added to sign up page? I don't use tethering much, but I don't want to sign away my $3 per month tethering if I can't get this offer. And, 2) I know the original monthly payment comes directly from my credit card, but will subsequent monthly payments come from my top-up or directly from my CC? I like to control when I pay and would hate to lose the payment from top-up option. If I can confirm these two features, this would be the perfect plan for me. Thanks.
