    Surfing ruebin ,I pay every month for 5 month to get a free service afterwards, now the plan cancelled from ring plus side before starting the free service period,so by your rules , ring+ broke the plan rule,at least we should get free membership instead

    Hi Chelle- I need help with getting a port messup issue resolved. My ticket number is #56293 

    It has been 3 weeks now that my ported number has been stuck in RingPlus/ Sprint backend systems. 

    RP technical support replied to my ticket 2 weeks ago confirming this and promised a resolution but nothing has happened yet.

    Worse still, since RP technical support reached out, I can no longer make any incoming or outgoing calls.

    Appreciate your help to escalate to RP techincal support again.

But when I tried to change from my Truely Free 3 plan to Mad Pops (or Mad Pops Upgrade), The web page wants to charge the $5 activation fee unless I buy add-on. The web page seems to treat current and new member the same way. Does your system need to be fixed to know that no activation fee for current members? Thanks!

    Hello Chelle, First thanks for all you do on the forum, and for putting up with some of the knuckle heads that post angry and unhelpful posts!  I need your advice, my wife has the old Free Ice cream plan with 1k of everything, that uses the old RBT and she's happy with it, but it does have some delay issues when she's talking to someone.  She has an Iphone 5c (sprint) that works well with RingPlus.  With all of these changes, do you think the old RBT plans like Ice Cream will stay around?  She can't use the dialer app in the future because it's an Iphone. (I have Android and am willing to give it a try)  So, should I take this opportunity to switch her to a Mad Mickey with 500 everything (I think 500 is enough for her) because it will be direct Sprint and no delay and no dialer requirement?  Or am I better to keep Ice Cream with the delay and hope they don't require the dialer app in the future?  Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

    Hi Chelle you help me out before that's why I'm contacting you  my internet is unusable on my phone could you help me out  ticket #52782
    The internet speeds work great up to 10-16-16 10.59 Mbps down load and 4.86 Mbps upload
    the speed NOW is 0.24 Mbps download and 0.28 Mbps upload. I'm unable to watch any video I have also reset  the internet on the Samsung Galaxy S6 in the settings NO  change in the same location.
    By the way I have other smart phones on ringplus in same house and the speeds are great on the other smart phones on ringplus more than 10.00 Mbps

    Hello Chelle, I saw your post about truphone so I gave it a try.  Am I doing this right or is there a better way?  I have a FP sim in slot 1 with 700 MB per month and a Truphone sim in slot 2.  I installed the Google voice call back app you mentioned (hasn't been updated in over a year)  So, when I go to place a call it asks me which callback number to use, I pick Truphone, then it dials out using google voice and then connects the call to my Truphone number.  I checked my Truphone balance and it didn't go down so It seems to work as advertised.  But will it ALWAYS use google voice to dial out and then call me back or can it use Truphone to dial out and then call truphone back (I understand if it could do this I would be charged 1 min for the outgoing call).  The reason I ask is if my FP has no signal and I have no wifi, can I still use this callback app or is it necessary to have wifi or FP.  Sorry I went on so long but I wanted to be clear and you always seem to have the answers here!

      Hey there, Keith! You're doing it exactly right. If your FP SIM doesn't have a data connection you could always fall back to your TruPhone SIM for a momentary data connection. It shouldn't charge you for a minute of voice, though, because it's actually using a tiny bit of data to initiate the ring back.

      You might also want to pick up a Piranha Mobile SIM as another backup. There are about 9 countries where TruPhone is cheapest but there are many, many more where Piranha Mobile is cheaper. They're running a special right now where the SIM is free and you only pay a few dollars for shipping. I got one a few weeks ago.

      Hi Chelle, I don't think we have ever 'talked', but I sent a message to Karl and have not heard anything back. I have about 20 of the 506C sim cards from Sprint. I got them from a promotion they ran. I would like to donate them to RingPlus for either additional revenue, or to help out some other members that may need a sim card. If you could let me know where to send them, I would be happy to do so. Then maybe someone would be able to use them.
