Ring+ phone returned on 5/21 - waiting for refund

Hello volunteers,

I requested for return authorization for my loaner iphone on 5/19 and received return label. Using that I returned my phone and the same was delivered on 5/21. But I have not received my refund check yet. I logged a support ticket, but no response. Any help ?

    You may have run into the early-summer vacation time for many of the staff.
    Perhaps @Classifieds or @tweaver could assist with this, or give you a timeframe.

    Be persistent. Keep posting, Ping all mods staff and Karl!   @Classifieds @Karl @tweaver @PSantos 
    Ask any any and  all mods to help. You  paid deposits on the phones with the understanding that ringplus would honor it's commitment to refund your deposit if the phone is returned in good condition.
    Ringplus, after much heartache, HECTORING  and  much assistance from mods refunded my loaner phone

    Moderators, Please help, It has been more than a month since I returned my phone, still no clue on refund from Ringplus. I did logged a support ticket multiple times, no response for that too.

    Please help...

    how did you get your support ticket function to work? mine is shut down. says it cant be accessed.

    Not sure, mine working. @tweaver  was able to trace my return, but not resolved yet.

    Any  refund money yet?
      You returned your loaner  phone on 5/21 
    jiangp  opened his loaner phone return ticket  ticket on March 8
     It is now AUG 1.

    No luck yet, sent several messages to @tweaver  , but no response.

    They have all vanished.  People who have won prizes are in similar situations.  This is even worse as it is your money they rightfully owe you that they are not paying back.  Are you able to go through your credit card company?  I imagine it has been too long to do that.
